I have been photographing professionally since 2013. I have experience shooting weddings, large-scale events, solo-portraits, couples, engagements, maternity, newborns, families, and more. Because of all the different types of shoots and locations that I’ve had the pleasure of shooting in, I’m sure we can work together to bring your unique vision to life!

Currently I am based out of Mie Prefecture, Japan. (Central, rural Japan) There is a magic about rural Japan that you won’t find anywhere else in the country. However, if you have a preferred location in mind, I can be flexible to accommodate your specific travel needs. (Within Japan) 

I’m all about allowing myself and my clients plenty of time to create freely and form a natural connection! This being said, I am very generous when it comes to time. I do not like to set a time limit on a creative process, especially when shooting can be so much fun! To create the best experience and outcome possible, I typically don’t set any limits. However, I would like to keep your valuable time in mind too, of course! If you would like to plan ahead, I would recommend blocking out anywhere between 1~3 hours of your day!

My shooting style is all about capturing candid, authentic moments. I prefer working with natural light, I want to capture moments full of emotion and life. Your uniqueness. I prefer the real moments that capture the warmth, love, and distinctiveness of your story. 

My editing style is inspired by nature, adventure, and film. I prefer warmer, more natural colors and dreamlike scenery. As my taste and style have developed over the years, I prefer to not over-edit my photos, but instead try to bring out their natural elements. The colors will be vibrant, yet flattering, with plenty of contrast and brightness. I view photography as a constantly evolving creative process. I always want to refine my skills and never stop learning.

Absolutely! When it comes to posing, each client is different in what they feel comfortable with. I prefer to shoot in a more natural, candid style with poses that look as such. However, I believe it’s necessary to work with each individual to bring out your unique personalities/ tell your story in the way you envision it!

Life happens! I am quite flexible in rescheduling due to any curveballs life can unexpectedly throw. With this in mind, please contact me ahead of time (if possible) and kindly be aware that during busy periods, rescheduling could become later than desired. 

This will depend on the package chosen. However, you’ll have plenty of photos to choose from! Maybe even too many… I don’t like to set a minimum or maximum of photos to give to my clients. 

When you will receive the final deliverables will depend on the package chosen, but I'll be able to give a more accurate estimate after our shoot. Generally you can expect to receive your photos no later than 4 weeks after our shoot, and I always like to send sneak peaks while you’re waiting!

All finished photos will be ready for you to easily download from a professional online gallery. Alternatively, if this option doesn’t work for you, they can be delivered by post via USB drive or SD card.
